1. Platform Overview

BES CRM is a white-labeled, team-managed customer relationship management (CRM) software platform operated by Blessed Empire Services LLC (“BES,” “we,” “our,” “us”). The platform is provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis for legitimate business use only.

BES CRM provides access to software tools that support internal business operations, including contact management, workflow automation, messaging infrastructure, reporting, and related platform features.

BES CRM does not provide legal, compliance, financial, or business advice.

2. Eligibility & Business Use

By accessing or using BES CRM, you represent and warrant that:

You are operating a legitimate business entity.

You have authority to bind the business to these Terms.

You will use the platform solely for lawful business purposes.

BES CRM reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access if intended use violates applicable laws, regulations, or platform policies.

3. Account Access & Responsibility

You are responsible for:

All activity occurring under your account.

Maintaining the security of login credentials.

Ensuring proper configuration and use of the platform.

BES CRM is team-managed, meaning support is provided for platform access and general guidance, but configuration decisions and operational outcomes remain the responsibility of the account owner.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

BES CRM is offered through recurring subscription plans. Pricing, features, and usage limits vary by plan.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Usage-based services (including calls, messages, AI services, WhatsApp, verification tools, and third-party integrations) are billed separately based on actual consumption.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered:

A valid payment method may be required to activate the trial.

The trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled prior to the trial end date.

Usage-based charges may apply during the trial.

BES CRM reserves the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

6. Done-For-You Builds & Services

BES CRM may offer paid done-for-you (DFY) services, including setup, configuration, automation builds, or custom development.

DFY services are not included in subscription plans or free trials.

DFY services are provided only under separate agreement and payment.

Delivery timelines and scope vary based on project requirements.

7. Compliance & Regulated Industries

BES CRM may be used by businesses operating in regulated industries, including credit-adjacent services. However:

BES CRM does not ensure legal or regulatory compliance.

Compliance responsibility remains solely with the account holder.

BES CRM does not guarantee business outcomes, results, or performance.

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including but not limited to data protection, consumer protection, telecommunications, and industry-specific regulations.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BES CRM for:

Unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activities

Spam, harassment, or unauthorized messaging

Violations of third-party platform policies

Activities that harm the platform, BES, or other users

BES CRM may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without notice.

9. Third-Party Services

BES CRM integrates with third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, telecom carriers, AI providers). BES CRM is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policies of third-party services.

Usage of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform software, content, trademarks, and materials are the property of Blessed Empire Services LLC or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during an active subscription.

11. Termination

BES CRM may suspend or terminate access:

For non-payment

For violations of these Terms

For legal or compliance risk

Upon termination, access to the platform may be revoked, and data retention will follow platform policies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

BES CRM is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for a specific purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blessed Empire Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the platform.

14. Modifications

BES CRM reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
