These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Blessed Empire Services LLC, doing business as BES CRM (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, CRM platform, or related services (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

You represent that all information provided during sign-up is accurate and complete.

2. Services Provided

We provide a subscription-based software platform offering business automation, CRM tools, and related features.

Services are intended strictly for lawful business use.

We may modify, enhance, or discontinue features at our discretion, with or without notice, provided such changes do not materially diminish core functionality without reasonable cause.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and restricting access to your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Sharing or reselling account access is prohibited.

4. Payments, Billing & Renewals

Services are offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually) and billed through our approved payment processors (e.g., Stripe).

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

All fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

If a payment fails, we may retry and, if unresolved, suspend or terminate account access.

Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.

Interfere with or disrupt Service functionality.

Upload or transmit harmful code, spam, or unauthorized promotional materials.

Infringe upon or misuse the intellectual property rights of others.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, systems, or data.

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, designs, and documentation within the Services remain the sole property of Blessed Empire Services LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for business purposes only.

You may not copy, reverse-engineer, sell, or distribute our Services without prior written consent.

7. Service Availability & Maintenance

We strive to provide reliable, uninterrupted Services. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime.

Scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur.

We are not responsible for loss of data or business interruptions resulting from downtime.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blessed Empire Services LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

Your misuse of the Services,

Your violation of these Terms, or

Your violation of applicable laws.

11. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

12. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, email/SMS gateways).

We are not responsible for third-party services or their terms of use.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Any disputes shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
